Ponderosa is self-administered: capital accounts, valuations and investor reporting are maintained directly by the General Partner against a written Valuation Policy and a monthly close process, rather than outsourced wholesale to a third party from day one. Portfolio custody sits with a regulated prime broker, and net asset value is struck from broker-reported statements as the primary source, with a defined tolerance and a documented exceptions log for anything that falls outside it.
The investor portal gives every admitted investor a real-time view of their own capital account, fund-level reporting, and their own document room -- offering documents, statements and tax forms -- rather than a static PDF sent once a quarter.
